the seamless EXPERIENCE
1. INQUIRY
To start this process, complete contact form, and make sure to add your wedding date and details about your special date. We prioritize responding within 24 hours to start a conversation with you.
2. CONSULT
We’ll chat via online or in studio to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll discuss your wedding ideas, style, and what we offer. A $4oo non-refundable deposit will be required to secure date.
3. BOOKED
After digital contract is signed and deposit secured, we will countersign the contract and we are officially booked for your wedding day!
4. ENGAGEMENT SESSION
During this session, our goal is to bridge the gap between uncertainty and confidence in front of the lens. It will be fun! You’ll receive a link to your online gallery to download and/or purchase prints.
5. WEDDING DAY
The day is finally here! Our job is to tell your beautiful story and day. Your experience with Acevedo Photography is the most important thing to us! After your wedding day, you’ll receive a link to your online gallery.
6. LASTING MEMORIES
Exploring new places makes our heart beat fast and photographing those raw, emotional, real moments is what we live for. Our goal is to document your story and memories to share for generations to come.
